** All customers should now be using the main VBuzzer™ proxy servers (sip1-on.vbuzzer.com) and their proper SIP device username/password details.
Several notifications were sent to all customers, going back to March 2017, to update their device details.  If you have not yet done so, and require assistance, simply contact support.

July 3, 2020 4:30 AM - July 5, 2020 2:30 PM CST - MANITOBA INBOUND SERVICES
- Due to a major fire at a downtown hydro station, PSTN (phone network) is partially down, impacting inbound calls to many Southern Manitoba phone numbers.

Update 2:30 PM CST - July 5, 2020
The local Manitoba carrier (CLEC) has restored inbound Manitoba services.

Update 12:30 PM CST - July 5, 2020

We are still awaiting an update the from the local Manitoba carrier (CLEC), as services are not yet restored.

Update 8:00 AM CST - July 5, 2020
We have been notified by the local Manitoba carrier (CLEC), that services are expected to be fully restored this morning. We are awaiting further updates from the carrier.

Update 10:00 AM CST - July 4, 2020
All power has now been restored. However, As a result of the fire, power outage and apparent large surge, the local Manitoba carrier lost more than 1/2 the modules in their UPS and the SS7 metaswitch (which provides the required signaling between the PSTN).
Local crews continue to work the issue, and bring a backup SS7 metaswitch online.

Update: 9:00 PM CST - July 3, 2020
While most services have now been restored, inbound number outside of Winnipeg are still impacted.
Crews continue work to restore the remaining hydro and PSTN (phone network) services.

Update: 11:40 PM CST - July 3, 2020
We have been informed that as a result of a fire inside the York substation, Hydro personnel has entered the building and identified a significant damage that will require underground, construction and distribution personnel to assemble and to make repairs.
